Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 26, 2026

TL;DR: We collect what you submit via our contact form (name, email, company, message). We use minimal, no-cookie analytics. We do not sell your data.

1. What We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, work email address, company name, and the message content you provide. We do not collect payment information — payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store card data.

2. Analytics

We use Polsia Analytics (polsia.com) to understand how visitors use our site. This service collects only aggregate, non-personal information — page views, referrer data, and device category. No cookies are set. No user identifiers are stored. The data cannot be used to identify or profile individual visitors.

Analytics data is retained for 90 days and is used solely to improve our website. We do not share analytics data with third parties beyond the analytics provider itself.

You may opt out of analytics by blocking JavaScript from polsia.com or by using a browser extension that blocks known tracking scripts. Do Not Track signals are respected.

3. How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to send you relevant updates about our services. We may follow up via email within one business day.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your contact form data is shared only with:

  • Polsia — our analytics and operations platform (polsia.com). They process data under their own privacy policy.
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) — our cloud infrastructure provider. They process data under their data privacy policies.
  • Stripe — if you make a payment. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete — request that we delete your personal data.
  • Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the link in any email we send.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@uptempocloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS everywhere. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a password-protected database. No data is stored in plain text.

8. Cookies

We do not use browser cookies for tracking or advertising. The only local storage we use is a non-identifying visitor token used by Polsia Analytics (no cross-site tracking, no profiling).

9. International Visitors

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
