    Inquiries are reviewed during published business hours, with a direct answer when Uptempo is not the right fit.

  3. We scope it.

    If the work fits, the Free AWS Assessment is the verbal scoping step. A separate written proposal follows with fixed-fee or time-and-materials terms matched to the scope and client preference.
