Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026 — Turnstile, form attribution, and measurement disclosures

TL;DR: We collect what you submit via our contact form (name, email, company, service area, message). We use minimal, no-cookie analytics. We do not sell your data.

1. What We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, work email address, company name, the service area you select, and the message content you provide. The form also records basic context about how you arrived — the page you were on, the first page of your visit, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the address (UTM parameters) — so we know which page prompted your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.

2. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This service collects only aggregate, non-personal information — page views, referrer data, country, and broad device category. No cookies are set. No fingerprints or persistent identifiers are stored. The data cannot be used to identify or profile individual visitors.

Analytics measurement happens at the Cloudflare edge as part of normal request handling. We do not run any third-party tracking scripts. Cloudflare's processing is governed by their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Because measurement happens at the edge rather than through a tracking script, there is no script to block — and the data is aggregate and non-identifying, so there is nothing individual to opt out of.

We also count a small number of anonymous interaction events — for example, how many visitors download the sample report or click the booking link. These are plain counts with no cookies, no identifiers, and nothing tied to an individual visitor.

Spam protection: when the bot check on our contact form is enabled, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile evaluates the browser session and may set functional (non-tracking) state to do so; its processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy linked above.

3. How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to send you relevant updates about our services. We may follow up via email within one business day.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your contact form data is shared only with:

  • Cloudflare — our hosting and edge analytics provider. They process traffic and analytics data under their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Resend — our transactional email provider. When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to our inbox via Resend. Their privacy policy applies: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete — request that we delete your personal data.
  • Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the link in any email we send.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS everywhere. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections from your browser to a Cloudflare edge function, then forwarded to our email inbox via Resend over an encrypted connection. We do not store form submissions in a database; the original message lives only in our email inbox and is subject to the retention policy described above.

8. Cookies

We do not use browser cookies for tracking or advertising. We store two session-scoped values in your browser — the first page of your visit and the site that referred you — so that if you contact us, we know which page prompted it; they live in sessionStorage and are discarded when you close the tab. We do not use persistent local storage. Cloudflare may set a minimal essential cookie if you trigger a security challenge (e.g. a bot-protection check), governed by their privacy policy.

9. International Visitors

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
