Pick your engagement type
All engagements are scoped to your specific situation — no cookie-cutter packages. Most clients move through four stages, aligned to AWS Prescriptive Guidance: assess what you have, mobilize the foundations, migrate and modernize what matters, then operate and optimize it over time.
Stage 1 is an assessment or the full Well-Architected Review. Stages 2 and 3 — foundations, migration, modernization — are delivered as fixed-scope Professional Services. Stage 4 is the Operate & Optimize retainer.
Assessments
Quick-hit architecture and risk reviews. Typically 1–2 weeks. You get a clear picture of where you stand and a ranked backlog of what to fix next.
Professional Services
Project-based engagements and delivery. Migration programs, modernization initiatives, infrastructure builds. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price.
Operate & Optimize
Dedicated hours every month — 10, 20, 40, or 80+ — at a predictable rate. A shared backlog, monthly planning calls, and a senior cloud architect who knows your environment.
